While the recent news of San Diego County ‘adopting’ new guidance more permissive of crew aboard recreational boats, they (SD County) have not yet posted or formally ‘enacted’ those more permissive guidelines. Therefore, the first race in the Cold Rum Series (Sept 20) will be limited to current guidance calling for same household crew.
