NOR 15.1. Each boat is required to hold adequate insurance including third-party liability insurance, and it is the owner or owners’ representative’s sole and inescapable responsibility to ensure that the insurance is in place and is adequate prior to participating in this event. Proof of insurance shall be supplied with each entry upon registration, or by emailing the policy declaration page to the boat’s entry to documents@etchellsfleet13.com.

Per the NOR all competitors need to be class members. If you still need to join, here is a link that will take you to the fleet 13 registration page www.etchellsfleet13.com. Click on membership and choose skipper or crew.

No more than 1 mainsail, 2 jibs and 2 spinnakers, all of which shall have been previously acquired and measured in accordance with Class Rules, shall be presented and used by a Skipper at any time during a Sanctioned Event. Competitors can declare sails in person at registration or by entering the list of sails to the boats entry in Yacht Scoring prior to or during posted registration hours. See sail declaration form.

Competitor’s weigh-in will be required at registration check-in. There shall be three or four persons on each boat and their total combined weight in light clothing at the time of registration shall be no more than 285 kg. (628.32 pounds).

Equipment and Safety - all competitors shall comply with Etchells Class rule C5.1 and C5.2a. We will have a checklist at registration to complete.
