Event Chair

$40/person

Please arrive 15 minutes early. No yoga experience necessary. Each class is a gentle Vinyasa style flow suited for every level of fitness and flexibility, taught by Little Farm Pets yoga instructor Miki Blanchard. The goats are coming from Jared and Chandra Wohlgemuth's farm in Poway where they host goat yoga events for private and open sessions, Girl Scout troops, bachelorette parties and more.

Adult Class (ages 18+)

9:00 - 9:45 AM Yoga class
9:45 - 10:15  AM Stay for photos and playing with the goats

Open Class (ages 7+)

11:00 – 11:30 AM Yoga Class
11:30 - 12:00 PM Stay for photos and playing with the goats

WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga mat or towel
Yoga or exercise clothes
Water bottle
Phone/camera
