Application & Entry Process
Applications closed on December 1st. Invitations and wait list notifications have been sent out on December 9. Invited teams may register and pay to secure a spot in the regatta.

Weather
It’s a little early to predict, but just in case, as there could be the possibility of rain this time of year, plan on bringing appropriate gear. Fingers crossed it won’t rain! Temperatures will range from the mid-40’s overnight up to the mid to high-60’s during the day (maybe even low 70s!).

Hotel
The Bay Club Hotel & Marina is offering a discounted room block for the regatta weekend. Book early to take advantage of the discount (due by 1/19/26).

Friday, February 13
12:00 – 5:00 pm – Registration / Check In, Spinnaker Room and Deck
12:00 – 2:30 or 2:30 to 5:00 pm – Practice, I-dock and La Playa
5:30 – 7:30 – Welcome Reception Happy Hour, Staff Commodore's Room

Saturday, February 14
8:00 – Yoga, Frost Room
8:00 – Hosted Breakfast, Spinnaker Room and Deck
9:00 – 9:45 – Registration / Check In, Spinnaker Room
9:45 – Competitors Meeting, Spinnaker Room and Deck
10:45 – First Warning, La Playa
10:45 – 4:00 – Hosted Beverages, Lunch, Snacks, Corinthian on E-dock
6:00 – 10:00 – Regatta Party, Hosted Dinner and beverages, entertainment and fun surprises

Sunday, February 15
8:00 – Yoga, Frost Room
8:00 – Hosted Breakfast, Spinnaker Room and Deck
10:45 – First Warning, La Playa
10:45 – 4:00 – Hosted Beverages, Lunch, Snacks, Corinthian on E-dock
Post Racing – Awards Party, Hosted snacks and beverages
