Juniors (and Seniors!), join us on Monday at 3:30 for an "Afterschool Sailing Special" with SDYC superstar, Bill Hardesty!

On top of multiple world championships and distinctions as 2011 US Yachtsman of the Year, and 2014 ISAF World Sailor of the Year, Bill just won the 2020 Vallarta Race with his team aboard Hobie 33, Sizzle; and way back near the beginning, Bill won the Junior Sabot Nationals in '89 and '90!

I was also a summer coach at SDYC in 1990, and now Bill's son, Liam, is about to hit the Junior Sailing scene, so it's all come full circle, and I'm looking forward to catching up with Bill and hearing how he makes so many different boats go fast!
