As a reminder we are having the Laser Team Parent meeting tomorrow 7/30/20 @1630-6. This is not a meeting for our sailors to attend.
Please register here so we have enough seats. The plan is to meet at the Jr. Sailing Building upstairs however we may need to move to a larger open air location due to attendance.

Introduce Clay Johnson with Colie Sails via ZOOM
-Address the upcoming season forecast (SDOCR), briefly discuss school schedule outlook, make decisions, and get ahead of problems that may arise.
-Discuss the three primary types of events: 1. Regular Training 2. Multi-Day Clinics 3.Regattas- comprehensive on the water coaching and support
-Create Continuity, collaborate, and address any questions that pertain to the laser team.
-Brainstorming session, how to check as many boxes with the new season forecast. Goals, sustainability, and opportunities
-Rig selection Should I get my sailor a 4.7, Radial, or Standard Rig?
-Fleet order (see order form attached, price includes shipping and premium race package)
-What's the value of getting a new boat vs used
-Growing the fleet/buddy system sponsoring a family new to the class
-Coaches expectations: High Skill Level, High Fitness Level, High Commitment Level
-What is your interest level: Social Sailing, Training, Club Racing, Class Racing
-ODP (Olympic Development Program) Youth Training Clinics -2028 Olympics LA
-Youth Champs
