Dave Perry presents the North U Rules & Tactics Seminar.
Dave will explain the changes to The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2017-2020. This will include changes to Rule 18.3 – tacking in the zone, the ability to disqualify a boat for damages caused even when not racing, new rules regarding parents and coaches, the U Flag starting penalty and other changes that will impact racers and race officials alike.
