In an effort to increase racing participation, Fleet Captain Tom Hurburt and his board elected to change the racing rules for 2010. You will note that the scoring tally will be somewhat different. Below is a rough description:

PC FLEET CHAMPIONSHIP (HIGH POINT SERIES)

1. 14 scheduled events eligible for points
2. 8 scores counted
3. Points earned according to results and participation as follows:
   1st place 8 pts
   2nd place 7 pts
   3rd place 6 pts
   All others 5 pts
4. At the discretion of the Executive Committee, the schedule of eligible events may be changed, added or deleted.

The winner will be awarded the Fleet Championship Trophy annually. Second and third place finishers will also be recognized.

June 28, 2009 ODW

July 25, 2009 ODW

August 15, 2009 Coronado Island Race

September 11&12, 2009 PC Nationals

October 31, 2009 Powder Puff (5 participation only points)

November 21, 2009 Reunion Regatta (10 participation only points)

December 5, 2009 ½ Pint Rum Regatta (5 participation only points)
