Neil Atwood (prior owner of PC #83 and now PC #1) has co-founded the Classic Yacht Foundation along with Charles Rhone. This non profit group is an attempt to save the many classic yachts which are lost to old age and neglect. Once they are gone, a piece of history dies with them and is lost forever. The foundation will accept classic yachts on a tax deductible donation basis with the intention of restoring them and offering them for sale to the general public to keep the foundation alive. Cash donations are accepted to help with restoration work.
