Aside from DC, Lowell and Mark, who are still alive in the Sweet 16, other SDYC members like Vince Brun, Bill Hardesty, JJ Fetter, Eric Doyle, George Szabo and Malin Burnham are also included. The impressive thing is that of the 64 sailors nominated, 15% hail from SDYC. I can't imagine there is another yacht club with a higher percentage of nominees.
