After the Wooden Boat Festival, I received an email from a local fellow who has, what he refers to as being, an antique PC Model. He says it is 42 ½ inches long and was build by a young student at Point Loma High School. He feels that it was built in the late 1940’s or 1950’s. The gentleman purchased the model in 1970 at a antique shop “near Hillcrest, that had several nautical pieces”. The model was made for sailing, as it has a formed lead keel and is plank on frame. I am trying to get more information as to how and why he thinks it is a PC, but have not convinced myself. I will attach photos.
