The New Years Day race was something else for the PC fleet and everyone else! NO wind and fleets that started 12 minutes ahead of us were still on the line. We were just behind the line at the start but did not get across for one hour. PC 31 got out of there after a half-hour and won going away. PC 21 was second and PC 42 was third. We had 8 PCs on the line. There were 99 boats out there in 6 classes! It was some day. News to the fleet; we have 2 new hoist bridles to haul out at the club. We had a near miss this weekend when one old one started parting!
