Battling shifting conditions which averaged 10-20 degrees, (with one fifty-five degree shift on Sunday's first race), Bill Hardesty's Line Honors scored two bullets in challenging conditions to overtake Dennis Conner, with crew Tom Parry and Julie Servais. Hardesty and crew, Mandi Markee, Craig Leweck and Steve Pickle stepped up their game on Sunday to score a total of 9 points, overcoming the iconic Conner, who finished with 19 to take second, ahead of Andrew Whittome in third, followed by Chris Busch and Don Jesberg.
