SDYC annually hosts the summer classic Yvonka International race each July, a Saturday race to the South Coronado Island and a Sunday afternoon return leg to Point Loma.
The victorious team from San Diego Yacht Club included the youngest racer in the regatta Nevin Snow as skipper racing with crew Jake La Dow and Jake Reynolds. The team lost only four races in the Round Robin series.
