The second annual San Diego Yacht Club Championship Regatta was won by "Team Six Stars", Commodore Chuck Hope, Director John Laun, and Tyler Sinks.
Richard and Paul Didham spent late December at Coral Reef Yacht Club on Biscayne Bay for the 2012 Orange Bowl. Sailing in the Laser fleet, Richard was able to place in the top 10 in multiplte races and finish 10th overall, while Paul sailed radials despite battling a fever.
SDYC was represented at the Orange Bowl regatta by Will La Dow and Scott Sinks, both who provided regatta recaps from their experience sailing in Florida.
