Over the weekend of June 29-30, Team SDYC competed in St. Francis Yacht Club's Team Race Invitational hosted at StFYC in J/22's.
Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club (AUS) beat the Kiwi's from Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron-Chris Steele (NZ) in the Finals. Team SDYC finished 4th with a strong finish to push into the semifinals.
San Diego Yacht Club hosted the Prince of Wales Area GHJL Qualifier Match Race on the weekend of June 15/16. The event was sailed in J/22 sailboats with (8) teams entered, including Dan Aeling, Rick Arneson, Bill Pascoe, and Judge Ryan from SDYC.
